Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria
1. Stenographer Grade ‘C’
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years.
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Shorthand speed of 120 W.P.M. in English and 100 W.P.M. in Hindi.
- Typing speed of 40 W.P.M. in English and 35 W.P.M. in Hindi.
- Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Preference: Candidates proficient in both English and Hindi shorthand & typing.
- Probation Period: 2 years (for direct recruits).
2. Stenographer Grade ‘D’
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 28 years.
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Shorthand speed of 80 W.P.M. in English.
- Typing speed of 40 W.P.M. in English.
- Diploma in Computer Applications.
- Preference: Candidates with good speed in Hindi shorthand & typing.
- Selection Process: Based on a skill test
3. Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Age Limit: 18-27 years (Relaxation as per government rules).
- Educational Qualification:
- 10th Pass from a recognized board.
- Classification: Equivalent to Group ‘C’ post.
- Recruitment Method: Direct recruitment.
